Clean and prepare the Prawns (12 N/A) by trimming the legs and deveining. Add to a large mixing bowl.
Crack an Egg (1 N/A) over the prepared prawns and stir to combine.
Sift in Nestlé Chicken Powder (1 tablespoon), All-Purpose Flour (1 tablespoon), Corn Flour (1 tablespoon), and Ground White Pepper (1 teaspoon) into the large mixing bowl and toss until prawns are evenly coated.
Fill a wok or dutch oven with Vegetable Oil (as needed) and heat until 340 degrees F (170 degrees C).
Add prawns into the oil and deep fry for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Thinly slice the Red Bird’s Eye Chili Pepper (4 N/A) and remove the Curry Leaves (20 N/A) from their stem.
Combine Nestlé Nestum Cereal (150 gram), Nestlé Chicken Powder (1 tablespoon) [no prep], Milk Powder (1 tablespoon), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), and Ground White Pepper (1 teaspoon) [no prep] together in a medium mixing bowl.
Melt Butter (75 gram) into a deep pan and add in the curry leaves and chilli and toss for 1 minute.
Add in the Cereal mix and toast for another 2 minutes.
Return the deep-fried Prawns into the pan and toss together for another minute until well coated and hot.
